Spring Time
Before my trip to Colombia, I went shopping and came back empty handed. Not because there wasn't anything cute, but because I didn't know what was needed in my wardrobe. So I cut up the last two issues of Marie Claire and made my own collage of outfits that are great for spring and summer. This helped immensely because the next day I found some beautiful things from a buy/sell/trade store in St. Petersburg. (photo's coming soon)
Positive Atmosphere
This is my room in Lutz, Florida. Recently my family and I redecorated it, and the pieces are amazing! The desk/dresser is my favorite part
It's pretty unique because the lady applied a metallic finished to it, and added the chicken wire for added storage on the side. It's ideal for small spaces and can be used for clothing and office supplies.
The desk is from a new store in South Tampa, called Forty Three oh3.
The Chair! Oh how I love this chair! It's actually a set of two my mom and I bought at an antique store in Plant City. The details are incredible. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the place we bought it from, but the tiny downtown of Plant City has boutique shops to spend the day finding treasures. The chairs are estimated to be made in the late 1800's, and we bought them at a stellar price of $95 for both.

Total Bien in Colombia. CHIMBAAA
Carnivale 2011!
These young girls made my trip! The first stop off the plane in Bogota was here, where we delivered some spanish books! We played games like rock paper scissors, down by the bay, braided eachothers hair all with little to no verbal actions.
BOOKS!
They've got mad skills. Impressive
Hair time! I bet Michelle is happy I didn't post a picture of her hair.

Jimmy
By far my favorite picture from the trip. This front desk killed me every time. The little boy speaks english, so we reffered to him as "the 9 year old manager." Jose, was his name and he was always reading "The Diary of a Wimpy Kid" in english. So, my corny side came out and I called him a wimpy kid at every chance possible.
