Fusion Tampa Bay: Friday Finds - Fresh Eats at The Refinery
So my best friends decided to take me to dinner, and they made the reservations. To my surprise, it was for my new favorite restaurant in Tampa Bay. The Refinery. They change the menu weekly to use the freshest local ingredients. They have won numerous awards in the Bay Area as well as Nationally.
For my dinner I had a Cheeseburger. Now I don't eat red meat often--only on special occasions like my Birthday. This burger was amazing, it had a chocolate-tahini sauce on it... WHAT!

Yosemite
AFTER THE BURN
Plans got a little wrecked after Burning Man. So I rented a car in Reno, Nevada and headed to the Bay Area of California in hopes of finding a place to crash. The first night I ended up in a beautiful Vineyard Home in Sonoma Valley with my old roomate from College, Adrienne Hall. Life is too sweet. (no pictures unfortunately)
After a couple days in Sonoma and San Francisco with Adrienne, I met up with Jeffrey Powers in Oakland. After the first night there, we decided to pack our car and hit the peaks of Yosemite National Park for 6 days of camping--and straight chilllllllin.
We cooked every meal like it was our last. Hiking was a blast, and a good workout too. Thankfully we found some hot springs at the end of our trip.

Soundtrack ON REPEAT for this Roadie, Mason Jennings "California (Part II)"
